If I lived in the area, I would use this shop for all my auto needs. Our experience proves that this business is honest and trustworthy and does NOT take advantage of people, as those two reviewers are accusing. I see the two bad reviews on here and honestly believe the reviewers just had miscommunication or didn't understand what was needed. On top of all that, after we got back home in Florida, Earl actually called to make sure we had gotten home okay and asked how we were and if our home was alright. But they were honest and did only what was needed. They could have ripped us off and told us all kinds of things were wrong we wouldn't have known and the car HAD to be fixed so we could get back home. So they replaced the tire at very reasonable cost and we picked it up when we headed back. Imagine our relief when he called the next morning (we had dropped the car off just as they were closing, but they welcomed us anyway) to let us know the issue was simply a bad tire, the tread was separating and they were surprised it didn't blow out on the road. We went on in our evacuation in our rental car, totally at the mercy of this auto repair shop since we had to get back home in our car. We were understandably nervous about leaving our car with a mechanic we didn't know in a different State for an unidentified problem, but Earl was very reassuring and made us feel comfortable. We ended up at Copeland's and it was a blessing from God.
